Twincest in Malaysia. WTF indeed.

Just got hold of this info from reading RIUVA and Kurogane.

Link here for a better view.

Twincest in Malaysia, cant believe i missed this one. My family subscribes to this paper(The Star) and on the day i missed it such good shite happens.

My room: Otaku fotress of solitude.

Just thought I'd post some photos of my room after spring cleaning and just in time for the Lunar New Year.

Well, it looks tidy because i had just cleaned it up. (note all the boxes.)

Where i usually get work done.

Its always good to wake up to Nagisa-chan in the morning.^^ (magazines are some old copies of Megami)

My otaku stash. Not much. Yet.( yes that is indeed an original copy of Clannad which i brought back from my last trip to japan)

Darth Vader facing off with EVA-01 who would you bet on?

Asuka on a Ferrari F-50.
(Thrown in for good measure. Shes just a Gashapon, flaws are to be expected)

Anyways folks Happy Chinese/Lunar New Year!!! Have a great Year of the rat and may you be blessed with more moe.

Figure Review 3:Saber Maid version (Good Smile Company)

Sorry it took me so long to come up with this review even though i got this figure quite some time ago.(Blame crappy weather and thank the arrival of my new camera.) Actually I did a shoot for Saber with my Fe-280 but I decided to re shoot when I got my hands on the D40X. So here you go mate, my own take on Saber. God save the king !!!!.(if you watched Fate Stay Night you would know what I mean)

The setting for the shoot. My room, near the windows so i could get some natural light.

Doesnt she look elegant?

Personally my favourite shot.(above)

A bit of experimenting resulted in a rather interesting shot with a shadow on a white background.(maybe I should try that with the other figures.)

Saber and her box. (warning label on the pic below states that exposure to persons aged below 15 will cause incurable moe shock that will result in the birth of another otaku. source:LilKeV84)

Shot from the back. Still looks moelicious, love the details on the frills .

Zettai Ryouiki looks as awesome as ever. To understand Zettai Ryouiki better visit my Zettai Ryouiki mentor's site here.

So, do you think that my skills have improved from the last shoot or is it the new camera that is helping me out? Do drop me a line and i will try to improve on my photography skills in the meantime.

Fresh from the Manufactorium: Nikon D-40X

Just picked up my first DSLR today after much deliberation.
After looking through reviews online, I concluded that the Nikon-D40X would be a suitable DSLR for an eager learner like me and so I went off to my warehouse contact and managed to get one for a steal at roughly RM 2400. It comes with a camera bag, an AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm lens as well as a tripod.

Picture taken with my old favourite Olympus Fe-280. Will be doing some figure shoots with the Nikon soon, look forward to it!!
